What happens to my existing signatures?
Lastline replaces signatures in Gmail with your new, professionally designed ones. Your employees don't need to do anything; signatures are deployed automatically to their accounts.
Do employees need to install anything?
No. Signatures are deployed directly to Gmail through our Google Workspace integration. Employees simply continue using their email as usual, with their new signatures appearing automatically.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We're SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. We only access the minimum permissions needed to deploy signatures; we never read your emails or access sensitive data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the billing page. If you cancel the Grow plan, your access continues until the end of your billing period, then you're automatically downgraded to Starter. Your data is always preserved.
What if an employee leaves or joins the company?
With directory sync enabled, Lastline automatically detects changes in your Google Workspace. New employees get signatures deployed automatically, and departed employees are removed from your account.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
What support is included?
All plans include email support. Paid plans include priority support with faster response times. We also have comprehensive documentation and video tutorials to help you get the most out of Lastline.
What happens to Gmail signatures if I cancel or downgrade?
When you downgrade from Grow to Starter, any employees beyond the 3-seat limit are automatically excluded, and all deployed Gmail signatures are removed. Your account data and templates are preserved so you can pick up where you left off.
Can I add extra seats without upgrading my plan?
Yes, you can purchase additional seats from the billing page on any plan for $0.25/month each. No plan upgrade required.
What happens when I exclude an employee?
When you exclude an employee, their Gmail signature is automatically removed. You can re-include them at any time and redeploy their signature.
What happens if I disconnect Google Workspace?
All deployed Gmail signatures are removed when you disconnect Google Workspace. Your templates and account data remain intact so you can reconnect anytime.
Is there a commitment period for extra seats?
Extra seats have a 30-day minimum commitment. After that, you can cancel them anytime and they'll remain active until the end of the current billing period.
